Italian Citizenship jures Sanguinis
In Italy , citizenship is transmitted by descent ("iure sanguinis"),whereby the citizenship of one's parent is acquired at birth ( Article 1 of law no. 91/92 : " The child of a citizen father or mother is a citizen")
However, the ius sanguinis rule is not in force in all states.
The request for recognition of the possession of Italian Citizenship iure sanguinis, i.e. through the blood line, concerns the descendants of italian citizens born in a State whith instead provides for ius soli citizenship ( i. e. anyone born in that State is a citizen).

a judicial process have to be made in Roma..
